Bensen Days
April 21-25, 2010. Wauchula, Florida. The 37th Annual Bensen Days Gyroplane Fly In is hosted by Sunstate Wing and Rotor Club. The event is named after one of the pioneers in homebuilt flying, Igor Bensen. It is the largest Gryoplane fly in the eastern US, but all kinds of light sport and ultralight aircraft are invited. 5th Annual Central Sierra Helicopter Meet
April 30 - May 2, 2010. Groveland, California. This is an all Helicopter event. We will have several factory ships with some giving lessons and rides. Rotors Over The Rockies
June 10-12, 2010. Brigham City Airport, Utah. The URA's annual meet moves this year to the Brigham City Airport, immediately east of (and visible from) I-15 at Utah exit 365, and outside the Salt Lake City Class B airspace and Mode C veil. The city has agreed to let us camp on the airport but nearby restaurants and motels are plentiful. There is plenty of space for travel trailers, motor homes and tent camping. There will be water and toilet facilities available but no hookups. This year we will have a large new hangar to house any visiting Gyros at night and a nice hangar to hold our forums in during the day. There will be a pancake breakfast Saturday morning and a closing banquet Saturday evening. The last official event day, Saturday, is also the date for the Brigham City Heritage Arts Festival. The city will be holding an airport open house, guaranteeing significant exposure for our sport. See experimental rotorcraft owned by URA members and visiting pilots fly and get introductory lessons from Certified Flight Instructors in both helicopters and gyroplanes. 21st Annual Father's Day Fly-in

Third Annual SkyRats Flyfest 2010
June 24-27, 2010. 332 Woodchuck Hill Road, Frewsburg, New York. This is our third Flyfest and we are hoping to fill the sky with PPG's. The field is about 12 acres and is fairly flat with plenty of space for launching and landing. We will have some cross countries and games for playing... There are several alternative Launch/Land options. We have limited electric for campers (no Air conditioning), but power is available for charging laptops, radios etc. There is fresh water and a hot shower (not fancy, but hot and cheap) just how I like them. Also Port-a-Johns, secure storage for gear if needed, hotels are available about 10-15 miles from field, nightly fire and music, tons of space to have a few cold beverages and doing some hanger flying. There will be lots of prizes, everything from windsocks, poles, kites, parts, and maybe even a super secret grand prize. SkyRats PPG.

18th Annual Fly/In Cruise/In
September 4th, 2010. Marion Municipal Airport, Marion, Indiana. The action starts early at 7:00 AM and runs until 2:00 PM. This annual event features antique, classic, homebuilt , ultralight and warbird aircraft as well as vintage cars, trucks, motorcycles, and tractors. An all-you-can-eat Pancake Breakfast is served, with all proceeds going to the local Marion High School Marching Band. Ken Brock Freedom Fly-In
September 24-26, 2010. El Mirage Dry Lake, El Mirage, California. This event is the largest home-built rotorcraft fly-in in the west. The Fly-in is hosted by the Popular Rotorcraft Association's Chapter One. We do not "run" the fly-in, but only set the date and send out the invitation to both pilots and spectators. Ken Brock was a noted air show performer, stunt pilot and aircraft manufacturer. Ken was also the past president of Chapter One. As the name Freedom Fly-in implies, all aircraft are welcome and celebrates our freedom to fly. Ken Brock PRA Chapter 1.
