CGS Hawk Ultra single place light sport eligible aircraft. | | | With the introduction of the LSA, or Light Sport Aircraft category, with more rules and regulations, CGS Hawk has taken a step back into the future and redesigned a craft not to meet the LSA requirements but to meet the true Part 103 rules and regulations. | | CGS Hawk Ultra | | To do this the CGS Hawk Ultra has been redesigned and re-engineered to remove excess weight, while maintaining strength and structural integrity. The Basic Hawk Ultra features fiberglass landing gear legs, round wing struts, and jury struts. The wing features a double surface airfoil with a flat bottom, and flaps. Power can be supplied by the Rotax 447, Hirth 2702, or Kawasaki 440. Basic kit - standard equipment
